Samarāṅgaṇa Sūtradhāra
A royal compendium on building and machines

Attributed to King Bhoja of Dhār, eleventh century: courtly, wide-ranging and the most northern of the major treatises.
It covers city form, palaces, houses, temples in the Nāgara idiom, painting and sculpture — and, famously, a chapter on yantras, mechanical devices from water-lifts to automata. The register is that of a patron's compendium rather than a craftsman's handbook.
For that reason its prescriptions often assume resources and scale that ordinary building never had; read it for the range of what was thought possible, and Mayamata or Mānasāra for what was built.
